The Ranch

our goal each year is to be raising champions!”
Our Arizona Ranch is conveniently located just off the ever so popular Dynamite Boulevard in the Rio Verde/North Scottsdale area. This is our main residence where we enjoy a lot of sunshine while Alea’s school is in session. Mostly designed for performance training, this 5 acres consists of a 14 stall main show barn with a large tack room, grain/storage room, four cross tie/wash racks area, an office and a full bath with laundry. Included in the main barn are two convertible double foaling stalls with cameras, which we utilize during spring time to accommodate mares and their new foals. There is an additional 24 mare motel pens which are fully covered as well. All stalls are equipped with timed lights and built-in auto waters. Multiple small turn outs allow all the horses to get out and play most days in our beautiful Arizona weather.

We often ride thru the front gate and down the end of our road to the wide open spaces of McDowell Mountain Regional Park. Boasting 21,000 acres of beautiful desert terrain, this location provides an excellent environment for horses to get out of the arena, stretch their legs while trotting washes, see some wildlife and cacti, work on their fitness and mature into confident competitors.

Uniquely different to Arizona, the Colorado location has a stunning raised ranch main residence that over looks a total of 350 acres.This property consists of an 8 stall barn with pipe runs, a tack room and multiple tie areas with wash racks. There is a 100’x200’ roping area with observation deck and kitchenette. The multiple fenced and cross fenced horse pastures allow us
to separate different ages of horses as well as rotate pastures each changing season. We also keep 105 acres of native grass
for our hay field, which gets baled into large rounds to supplement our feeding program thru the cold winters.
Mostly designed around the breeding program, Colorado provides a quiet home for expecting and nursing mares with foals
all summer long. It also offers the perfect location for our homegrown weanlings to start their journey and develop
into strong yearlings. We haul most of our show horses here for summer time as well
so we can all get a break from the Arizona heat!
